Cash on delivery consignments, for which the recipient pays for the goods immediately, are offered by GLS under the product name Cash-Service. The customer can not only check the status of his consignment as usual at any time, but can also monitor the cash-flow via Internet. The COD sums are usually in customers bank accounts within three to four days after delivery. The maximum amount for the COD consignment is 1.000,- EUR per package.
